This recently expanded division is Head Research’s telephone and Internet-based recruiting and survey centre.

All field work is channeled through Head Count, which uses state-of-the-art CATI/CAWI software to recruit consumers, professionals, healthcare professionals and patients (including even the most difficult to reach respondents) to attend face-to-face interviews or focus groups.

From questionnaire design, pre-testing and sampling, to data collection, coding and data analysis – including multivariate statistical procedures – Head Count handles all aspects of quantitative project management. All of our work is carried out according to the standards of the Marketing Research Association (MRA) & Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA).

Our extremely small interviewer-to-supervisor ratio ensures field work is always of the highest possible quality. One of the industry’s lowest turnover rates means our field staff are highly experienced.
