Head Research
Melinda Head has a master's degree in measurement and evaluation, and a bachelor's degree in sociology – both from the University of Toronto. Her theoretical understanding of individual and small group behaviour, research methods, questionnaire design, sampling theory and advanced statistics is complemented by more than 20 years of practical research experience. Over the course of her career Melinda has conducted thousands of individual in-depth interviews, dyads, triads, mini-focus groups, traditional focus groups and super groups across the United States and Canada. Melinda is a member of the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA), the Qualitative Research Consultants' Association (QRCA), the American Marketing Association (AMA), the Marketing Research Association (MRA), and the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR).
